Cancellation & Reservation Policies

All appointments and classes(virtual and in-person) are pre-paid and non-refundable.

Individual Session Appointments

Late appointments may not receive the full amount of time scheduled. There are no refunds or discounts for late appointments. Please contact me at soulrejooice@gmail.com if you know you will be late so we can determine if there is enough time left to continue the session, however please note that appointments are subject to cancellation without refund if you are more than 10 minutes late.

1. Soul Rejooice Intuitive Healing, LLC reserve the right to refuse any appointments for any reason. Soul Rejooice reserves the right to refuse a client or student without refund if there is misconduct or late arrivals.
2. In readings, Soul Rejooice cannot guarantee a specific Loved One will come through.
3. In the extremely rare case, Soul Rejooice has an emergency, she will do her best to make arrangements to reschedule your session. Travel arrangements are the full responsibility of the student /client, and no compensation will be given towards these arrangements.
4. IMPORTANT:
   Any information shared with the client during a session, does not replace advice or treatment from a licensed medical provider, psychological health care provider, professional advisor, or legal adviser. Soul Rejooice does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, prescribe medications, and is not a professional healthcare service provider. Any decisions the client makes after the reading or healing, is of the free will of the client, and not the influence of Soul Rejooice. The purpose of sessions is for spiritual and educational purposes and to enhance traditional healing, not replace it.

Virtual Group Session Appointments:

All registrations are final.

There are no refunds, discounts, credits, or transfers for group sessions if you cannot attend. Please refer to the registration deadline.

If, in the rare case, Soul Rejooice has an emergency, she will do her best to make arrangements for your virtual session in this order:

1. Soul Rejooice Intuitive Healing, LLC, if possible, will reschedule and choose another date for the virtual group session.
2. If arrangements cannot be made to complete the virtual session, Soul Rejooice will do her best to make arrangements for your virtual session to be held by another qualified practitioner of her choosing.
3. Soul Rejooice Intuitive Healing, LLC is not responsible for changes to an event beyond their control.

Soul Rejooice reserves the right to refuse a client or student without refund if there is misconduct or late arrivals.

In person Group Session Appointments:

In-person group sessions are non-refundable.

Soul Rejooice reserves the right to refuse a client or student without refund if there is misconduct or late arrivals.

Please note, that many in-person group sessions have registration deadlines.

If you are late to an in-person group session, you will not be permitted late entry. In-person group classes/retreats start promptly at the time listed, and doors are locked at that time. If you are late or cannot attend an in-person session, please contact us through our contact form.

If you pay for an in-person group session or classes and during the series do not attend one of the in-person group classes, you will not receive a refund, partial refund, or credit. The in-person group class you missed may or may not be available to make-up due to schedule restrictions. Consult with Soul Rejooice to see if a resolution can be made.

If, in the rare case, Soul Rejooice has an emergency, Soul Rejooice will do her best to make arrangements for your in-person group session/class in this order:

1. Soul Rejooice Intuitive Healing LLC, if possible, will make other arrangements for students to finish out the remainder of in-person group session/class at an agreed to time or virtually.
2. If arrangements cannot be made to complete the in-person group session/class, Soul Rejooice will do her best to make arrangements for your in-person group session/class to be taught by another qualified teacher of her choosing.

Online/In-person Classes

Please see the website and terms that you agreed to when you signed up for the online course. If you need help finding this, please contact us. Soul Rejooice reserves the right to refuse a client or student without refund if there is misconduct.

For all services, programs, and classes Soul Rejooice reserves the right to refuse a client or student without refund for any reason including if there is misconduct or late arrivals.

All services, appointments, and/or programs are intended for individuals who are in generally good health, are generally well adjusted, are functionally effectively, and are not in need of medical treatment (including for mental health disorders). The services, appointments, retreats, and/or programs do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental disorders and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Further, services/appointments/programs with Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychoanalysis, medical treatment, substance abuse treatment, or the advice or services of a medical professional. It is the Client’s responsibility to seek independent guidance from medical professionals to the extent necessary.
